This month while in New York, I joined forces with Jessica Dang, creative director and founder of SINGLE GIRL DINNER to collaborate on a new gastronomic short film-- a whimsical, cinematic bite, that involves uni, pasta, and blossoming tarragon flowers paired with a dreamy stream of consciousness... more details to come, we're very excited!
