it is sheer torture cutting our new film knowing this dish exists miles upon miles away at Peter Gilmore's QUAY in Sydney. A magical culinary creation inspired by memories in the coral reefs, stay tuned because within a month, the piece will be finished and shall make it's premiere online :) we're really excited about this one...
